目的:探讨畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)对伪聋和夸大性聋的鉴别诊断作用。方法:采用ILO 96耳动态分析仪对外伤后诉听力下降,而又不配合纯音听阈(PTT)检测的患者进行DPOAE检测与分析。结果:经PTT检测的129例(150耳)外伤性听力下降患者中,有102例(121耳),作DPOAE检测结果显示伪聋占66.12%(80/121),夸大性聋占33.88%(41/121)。经ABR检测反应阈值,证实DPOAE检测结果客观、可靠。结论:DPOAE作为外伤后听力损失鉴别诊断的常规检测方法,可对伪聋和夸大性聋作出客观、可靠的诊断和鉴别诊断。
Objective: To investigate the differential diagnostic value of Distortion Product Otoacoustic Emissions (DPOAE) on false deafness and exaggerated deafness. Methods: DPOAE was detected and analyzed in patients with post-traumatic v. Hearing loss using the ILO 96-ear dynamic analyzer but not with pure tone threshold (PTT). Results: There were 102 cases (121 ears) in 129 cases (150 ears) with traumatic hearing loss detected by PTT. The results of DPOAE test showed that false deafness accounted for 66.12% (80/121) and exaggerated deafness accounted for 33.88% 41/121). The ABR detection threshold, confirmed DPOAE test results objective and reliable. Conclusion: DPOAE can be an objective and reliable diagnosis and differential diagnosis of false deafness and exaggerated deafness as a routine method for the differential diagnosis of hearing loss after trauma.
