以可溶性玉米淀粉为原料,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用反相悬浮聚合法,合成了一种淀粉基材料-淀粉微球(CSM)。研究了淀粉基材料-淀粉微球(CSM)对苯胺的吸附行为,并根据吸附等温线研究了其吸附热力学性质,并利用红外光谱、X射线衍射仪对淀粉微球及其吸附产物结构进行了表征,初步探讨吸附机理。结果表明:在研究范围内,CSM对苯胺的吸附行为同时符合Langmuir方程和Freundlich方程;等温吸附线和热力学计算结果都显示CSM对苯胺的吸附是一个自发、放热过程,主要通过物理方式吸附。
A starch-based material, starch microsphere (CSM), was synthesized by reversed-phase suspension polymerization using soluble corn starch as raw material and N, N’-methylenebisacrylamide as crosslinking agent. The adsorption behavior of aniline based on starch-based material-starch microspheres (CSM) was studied. The adsorption thermodynamic properties of the starch microspheres were also studied based on the adsorption isotherms. The structure of the starch microspheres and their adsorbents were characterized by IR and X-ray diffractometry Characterization, preliminary study of adsorption mechanism. The results show that the adsorption behavior of aniline by CSM conforms to the Langmuir equation and the Freundlich equation at the same time. The results of isothermal adsorption and thermodynamic calculations show that the adsorption of aniline by CSM is a spontaneous and exothermic process, mainly by physical adsorption.
