目前我国散热器末端设计方法主要针对集中供热工况,缺少对低温热源散热器应用的研究。本文以实验室测试数据为基础,根据测试得出的标准特征公式计算不同过余温度下的散热量,在此基础上研究各种典型类型散热器的低温供热性能。通过对散热器散热量衰减率的研究,给出了低温工况下散热器选型时的片数修正系数表,可供设计者直接采用。
At present, the design method of the radiator terminal in China is mainly focused on the central heating conditions, and there is a lack of research on the application of low-temperature heat source radiators. Based on the laboratory test data, this paper calculates the heat dissipation under different excess temperatures according to the standard characteristic formulas obtained from the test. Based on this, the low-temperature heat supply performance of various typical heat sinks is studied. Through the research on the heat radiation attenuation rate of the radiator, the number correction coefficient table of the radiator under the low temperature condition is given, which can be directly used by designers.
