当前,对工程资金的监管已经越来越普遍,这在保证某一工程项目的建设中起到了一些积极作用。然而从整体看,现阶段业主在对承包商的工程资金监管的过程中还存在一些弊端,笔者在与业主、承包商等同行交流、总结后,对工程资金监管的具体实施提出了一些建议,希望这些建议能在资金监管的过程中能平衡、处理好各方面利益关系,促使资金监管更加合理。 At present, the supervision of project funds has become more and more common, which plays a positive role in ensuring the construction of a certain project. However, on the whole, there are still some shortcomings of the owners in the process of supervising the contractors’ project funds. At the end of this article, the author, after communicating with the owners and contractors and other counterparts, made some suggestions on the concrete implementation of the project’s fund supervision, I hope these proposals can balance the financial regulatory process, handle all aspects of the interests and promote the supervision of funds more reasonable.
