重油催化裂化作为重油轻质化的重要手段,近期得到了迅速发展。针对近期的发展动态,从工艺设备、原料、及催化剂等方面对重油催化裂化技术进行了综述。随着反再系统技术上的不断改进,重油催化裂化进料中渣油掺炼比逐年提高。催化剂的更新换代加快,新型重油催化裂化催化剂不断涌现。指出重油催化裂化与石油化工进一步结合将是今后时期的发展趋势。介绍了我国新近开发的DCC、MGG、MIO、ARGG、HCC等几种典型的先进工艺。
Heavy oil catalytic cracking as an important means of heavy oil light, has recently been rapid development. In view of the recent developments, the catalytic cracking technology of heavy oil is reviewed from the aspects of process equipment, raw materials and catalysts. With the anti-system technology continues to improve, heavy oil catalytic cracking feed residue blending ratio increased year by year. Catalyst replacement accelerated, a new type of heavy oil catalytic cracking catalyst continue to emerge. It is pointed out that further combination of FCCU and petrochemical industry will be the development trend in the future. This paper introduces some typical advanced technologies such as DCC, MGG, MIO, ARGG and HCC newly developed in our country.
