为实施“五五”普法规划,推动中小学校依法治校工作的开展,2007年,省教育厅、省教育法学会在全省中小学组织开展了征集依法治校研究论文的活动。全省各地各中小学校的广大教育法制工作者和教师踊跃参加,共提交论文3500余篇。经专家评审,有47篇获得一等奖,108篇获得二等奖,147篇获得三等奖。我们从获奖的论文中选择10篇予以刊登,这些论文的理论水平不一定很高,有些表述也不一定到位和准确,却反映了我省开展依法治校工作的可喜成果,对推动中小学民主法制建设,促进教育管理观念、管理机制和管理方式的转变,提高学校办学水平、管理水平和办学效益,促进和谐校园建设都具有重要意义。
In order to implement the “Five-Five-year-old” law popularization plan and promote the development of the school management of the law according to the law, in 2007, the Provincial Department of Education and the Provincial Institute of Educational Law organized activities to collect research papers governing schools according to law. The vast majority of education legal workers and teachers from various primary and secondary schools across the province participated enthusiastically and submitted over 3,500 articles. After review by experts, there were 47 first prizes, 108 second prizes, and 147 third prizes. We selected 10 articles from the award-winning papers to be published. The theoretical level of these papers is not necessarily high, and some of the statements are not necessarily correct and accurate, but they reflect the gratifying results of our province’s work in administering the school in accordance with the law and promote democracy in primary and secondary schools. The construction of the legal system, the promotion of the transformation of education management concepts, management mechanisms, and management methods, and the improvement of the school’s education level, management level, and school-running effectiveness, and the promotion of a harmonious campus construction are all of great significance.
