随着旅游经济的快速发展,旅游消费者的权益保护问题越来越成为人们关注的焦点,而我国旅游业的整体服务水平较低,消费者对旅游相关法律的了解与认识现状堪忧,且许多消费者在旅游过程中权利受到侵害后,并未采取合法有效的手段积极维护自己的权利,都是旅游消费者的法律意识淡薄的集中体现。要解决旅游消费者的法律意识淡薄,应从政府旅游管理方面、旅行社方面、消费者方面共同着手,从社会全方位角度出发,普及消费者的法律知识。
