以肌电仪对30名成人骨性AngleⅢ类错者的咀嚼肌肌电变化进行测量,并与正常成人比较,发现成人骨性AngleⅢ类错患者咀嚼肌有异常肌活动,肌电变化出现异常。其在下颌前伸运动时,颞肌前束出现异常肌活动,下颌后退运动时,其嚼肌出现异常肌活动,两者之肌电位均较正常者高。下颌左右侧方运动时,其同侧嚼肌和对侧颞肌前束均出现异常肌活动,肌电位亦较正常者高。
Myoelectric changes of masticatory muscles of 30 adults with Angle Class III malocclusion were measured by electromyography. Compared with normal adults, abnormal masticatory muscle activity was found in adults with Class III malocclusion and myoelectric changes were abnormal. When the mandibular anterior extensor movement, the anterior muscle of the anterior temporalis showed abnormal muscle activity, while the mandibular backward motion showed abnormal muscle activity of the chewing muscle, both of which had higher myoelectric potential than the normal ones. Left and right side of the mandibular movement, the ipsilateral chewing muscle and contralateral temporal anterior muscle showed abnormal muscle activity, myoelectric potential is also higher than normal.
