良性血尿在临床上很少见,家族性良性血尿更为少见.我们发现家族一家系中4人发病,报告如下.先证者Ⅲ;.女.7岁.患儿近1个半月来无明显诱因出现尿频.15～18次/白,尿深黄色,曾有2日完全性血尿.尿少400～600ml/日,无尿痛,时有腹部钝痛,但不影响活动.发育良好.智力正常,肢体无水肿,血压 12/8kPa,神经系统无异常.
