分析了 Ca-Dy_2O_3-Fe体系高温还原-扩散制备 DyFe_2热力学可能性,应用收缩核模型确定扩散是该体系反应的控制步骤,并进行了XRD,EDX与SEM分析,得知在高温下可用 Ca还原 DyZOs生成 Dy; Dy向 Fe中扩散生成 DyFe2,同时求得 DyFe_2的表观活化能为210kJ/mol。
The thermodynamics of DyFe_2 prepared by high temperature reduction-diffusion in Ca-Dy 2 O 3 -Fe system was analyzed. The shrinkage nucleus model was used to determine the diffusion reaction of DyFe_2. The XRD, EDX and SEM analyzes showed that diffusion was available Ca reduction DyZOs generate Dy; Dy diffuses into Fe to form DyFe2, and the apparent activation energy of DyFe_2 is obtained as 210kJ / mol.
