前苏联作家布罗茨基曾说过这样一句话:“一个不读书的民族是没有希望的民族。”无独有偶,在2009年4月,我们敬爱的温家宝总理参加世界读书日的活动时也指出:“书籍是人类智慧的结晶。读书决定一个人的修养和境界,关系一个民族的素质和力量,影响一个国家的前途和命运。一个不读书的人、不读书的民族,是没有希望的。”由此可见,读书不管是对于个人来说还是对于整个民族来说都是非常重要的。孩子是一个民族的未来,作为语文教学的一个重要组成部分,开展好阅读教学,培养学生良好的阅读能力和阅读习惯是小学阶段语文教学的一个重要任务。
