介绍了铝基含油轴承的特点和性能。研究了铜粉的氧含量、硅和石墨的的加入量对铝基含油轴承材料的机械性能和摩擦磨损性能的影响。同时还介绍了铝基含油轴承在静电纺纱机上进行五千小时寿命试验的结果。提出铝基含油轴承在高速轻载的工作条件下代替铜基含油轴承的可能性。
The characteristics and performance of aluminum-based oil-bearing are introduced. The effects of the oxygen content of copper powder, the addition of silicon and graphite on the mechanical properties and friction and wear properties of aluminum bearing materials were studied. At the same time also introduced the aluminum-based oil bearing on the electrostatic spinning machine 5000 hours of life test results. Proposed aluminum-based oil-bearing high-speed light-load conditions to replace the possibility of copper-based oil-bearing.
