为获得应用更为广泛的疏水亲油材料,用有机硅树脂溶胶浸润棉纤维,继而进行溶胶凝胶反应,得到复合了大量有机硅树脂的棉纤维。应用宏观亲油疏水性测试,研究反应条件和参数对疏水性的影响,应用电镜测试,并对试样进行元素分析,可发现树脂在纤维表面形成包裹层,从微观上解释了疏水性的原因,并讨论反应物不同配比对复合效果的影响,以及有机硅复合量对疏水亲油性的影响,最终得到3.5mol/L,5mL氨水催化凝胶的条件下得到的棉纤维样品,其复合增重倍数为2.87,质地最为松软,纤维间孔隙完整,吸油增重倍数为196.0%,吸油比最大,可以作为最佳配比使用。
In order to obtain a wider range of hydrophobic lipophilic materials, cotton fibers are impregnated with a silicone sol, followed by a sol-gel reaction to obtain cotton fibers compounded with a large amount of silicone resin. The macro-oleophilic and hydrophobic test was applied to investigate the influence of reaction conditions and parameters on the hydrophobicity. Electron microscopy and elemental analysis of the samples revealed that the resin formed a coating on the surface of the fiber and explained the reason of hydrophobicity microscopically , And discussed the effects of different ratios of reactants on the compounding effect and the effect of the amount of silicone compound on the hydrophobicity and lipophilicity. Finally, the cotton fiber samples obtained under the conditions of 3.5mol / L, 5mL ammonia catalytic gel, Multiplier of 2.87, the texture of the most soft, complete pore between the fibers, oil absorption multiplying factor of 196.0%, the largest oil absorption ratio, can be used as the best ratio.
