由4-氯苯甲醛、苯乙酮和氨在氢氧化钠溶液中一锅法合成了化合物4-(4-氯苯)-2,6-二苯基吡啶(Ⅰ),用1HNMR、13CNMR和FTIR对化合物Ⅰ进行了结构表征。pH滴定实验表明,化合物Ⅰ的紫外吸收和荧光发射光谱均对溶液的pH具有较强的敏感性,当溶液pH=4.70~4.22,化合物Ⅰ在256 nm的紫外吸收强度随着pH的减小而降低,在312 nm的紫外吸收强度及在403 nm的荧光强度随着pH的减小而增强。此外,热分析结果表明,化合物Ⅰ具有优良的热稳定性。
The compound 4- (4-chlorophenyl) -2,6-diphenylpyridine (Ⅰ) was synthesized from 4-chlorobenzaldehyde, acetophenone and ammonia in sodium hydroxide solution by 1H NMR, 13CNMR and Compound I was characterized by FTIR. The results of pH titration showed that the UV absorption and fluorescence emission spectra of compound Ⅰ were highly sensitive to the pH of solution. When the solution pH was 4.70-4.22, the UV absorption intensity of compound Ⅰ at 256 nm decreased with the decrease of pH Decreases, the UV absorbance at 312 nm and the fluorescence at 403 nm increase with decreasing pH. In addition, the results of thermal analysis show that Compound I has excellent thermal stability.
