随着化学工业的发展,近年来国内外聚氨酯产品的产量和品种迅速增加,并广泛应用于造船、机车、客车、汽车、管道、电机制造等工业部门,以及玩具、家具、游泳制品等。聚氨酯是由多元异氰酸酯和多元羟基化合物作用而生成。其中主要的单体为异氰酸酯,常见的有二异氰酸甲苯酯(TDI),二苯甲撑二异氰酸酯(MDI)和聚甲撑多苯基异氰酸酯(PAPI)等。本类化合物对上呼吸道、眼和皮肤有不同程度的刺激作用,其刺激性随化合物的分子量增大而减弱。异氰酸酯类化合物的毒性以TDI为最大。因
