目的 探讨尿道狭窄的有效治疗方法。方法 使用钬激光对 16例尿道狭窄进行切除 ,并对其疗效及技术要点进行回顾性分析与总结。结果 全部病例无意外损伤 ,一次手术治愈 ,随访 6～ 11个月无复发。结论 钬激光切除尿道狭窄安全可靠 ,手术操作简便 ,疗效满意。
Objective To investigate the effective treatment of urethral stricture. Methods 16 cases of urethral stricture were excised with holmium laser, and its curative effect and technical points were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results All cases without accidental injury, a surgical cure, follow-up 6 to 11 months without recurrence. Conclusions Holmium laser resection of urethral stricture is safe and reliable, the operation is simple and the curative effect is satisfactory.
