前言吐氏酸(2-萘胺1-磺酸)是一种重要的染料中间体。它是用二萘酚为原料经磺化、氨化制得。反应过程中生成的杂质2-萘胺是一种膀胱致癌物质。目前,国际上许多国家对产品中的2-萘胺含量都严加控制。因此,对吐氏酸中2-萘胺含量的控制,无论是对人体健康,还是对环境保护都十分重要。吐氏酸中2-萘胺的分析方法,国内尚未见报导。日本方法是用大量乙醚将2-萘胺提取出来,经碱洗、分离、浓缩等,加入内标进行色谱分析,手续较为繁锁费时。我们曾用化学法及紫外光谱法分析,因杂质干扰,误差较大。
Preface Tuberic acid (2-naphthylamine 1-sulfonic acid) is an important dye intermediate. It is the use of two naphthol sulfonation, ammoniation obtained. The impurities generated during the reaction 2 - naphthylamine is a bladder carcinogen. At present, many countries in the world have strict control over the content of 2-naphthylamine in their products. Therefore, the control of 2-naphthylamine content in the spit acid, both for human health, or for environmental protection are very important. The method of analyzing 2-naphthylamine in vomiting acid has not been reported yet in China. Japanese method is to use a large number of ether 2-naphthylamine extracted by caustic washing, separation, concentration, adding internal standard for chromatographic analysis, the procedure is more complex and time-consuming. We have used chemical and UV spectroscopy analysis, due to impurities, the error is greater.
