内蒙古旅游业虽然起步较早,但与全国旅游发达省市比较,差距明显,发展缓慢甚至不前。随着我区“8337”经济发展战略的实施,旅游业的发展被定位在八个“建成”之列——“把内蒙古建成体现草原文化、独具北疆特色的旅游观光、休闲度假基地。”旅游业面临良好的发展空间。这就意味着内蒙古的旅游业发展要向更高层次迈进,要摆脱传统的发展模式,要转型升级。借助良好的政策环境,我区旅游业的转型升级要从“形象宣传、创新产品融合发展、创三心理念、创意人才”四个基础做起,真举实措,才能解决我区旅游业发展的瓶颈,从而华丽转型。
