当前新课程背景下要树立符合新课程要求的教学观念,优化教育教学方式。教师的教学理念,教学方式与教学方法要符合新课程的需要。课堂教学应改变以教师为中心,单纯传授书本知识的教学模式。教师应帮助学生发展探究知识的能力,获取信息的能力和自主学习的能力。尤其特别是在英语阅读课程上对学生阅读策略的培养。那么在英语阅读课上怎样培养和提高学生的阅读理解能力?新教材摆脱了传统的逐字逐句的分析课文,死抠语法的教学模式,我们外语教师在教学实践中经过不断的摸索和探讨,总结归纳英语阅读理解题型及相应的解题技巧。不管怎样的文章,先看文章的第一自然段,大致把握文章的主旨及方向,再看文章后所设置的题,根据题型解答。
一、 解答"难解难分"的标题归纳题
文章标题是文章的点睛之笔。标题归纳题在英语阅读理解中属深层次理解题,它要求考生在通读全文的基础上,准确把握文章大意及作者的写作意图。一般说来,所选标题应该具有概括性,针对性,简洁性三个突出特点。其中概括性,是指标题应最大程度地覆盖全文,囊括文章的主要内容,体现文章的主题;针对性,是指标题的含义要直接指向文章的主要特点或事物;简洁性则是指标题应言简意赅,能吸引读者的注意力,并唤起读者对文章的阅读兴趣等。标题归纳题中的各项长度接近,实词首字母通常大写,特别是干扰项大都和文章意思相关,很难辩解。方法(1) 在阅读文章时,要注意文章中反复出现或强调的信息,寻找与文章相关的信息,找出能概括全文的核心词汇。联系文章首句"Too much TV-watching can harm children’s ability to learn and even reduce their chances of getting a college degree, new studies suggest in the latest effort to examine the effects of television on children."

二、藏而不露推理题的解题方法
