患者流管理模式在临床科室的实施效果

浙江省瑞安市人民医院通过实施患者流管理方案,利用信息化管理进行流程改造,理顺了区域患者流,优化了患者入院流程。通过软件开发,动态监测各项数据,使病区医务人员可以实时掌握住院患者排队情况和等候时间,从而合理调配床位,加快床位周转率,提高了医院的运行效率和资源利用率,减轻了病区护士的工作量,提高了医务人员和患者的满意度。 Ruian City People’s Hospital of Zhejiang Province through the implementation of patient flow management programs, the use of information management process transformation, streamlining the regional patient flow, optimizing the patient admission process. Through software development and dynamic monitoring of the data, medical personnel in the ward can grasp in-line queuing and waiting time of hospitalized patients in real time so as to rationally allocate beds and speed up the turnover rate of bedspaces, thereby improving the operation efficiency and resource utilization rate of hospitals and alleviating the disease District nurses workload, improve medical staff and patient satisfaction.
