“职业倦怠”的概念是由美国临床心理学家费鲁顿伯格于1974年提出并首次引入心理学领域的,费鲁顿伯格把职业倦怠定义为:服务于助人行业的人们因工作时间过长、工作量过大、工作强度过高所经历的一种疲惫不堪的状态。而所谓教师的职业倦怠是指教师在长期的工作压力下,逐步形成的一种情绪衰竭和成就感低落的现象。
The concept of “burnout” was first proposed by the American clinical psychologist Ferdinand Borg in the field of psychology in 1974. Ferruppinberg defines burnout as the following: Working hours are too long, the workload is too large, the work intensity is experiencing a kind of exhausted state. The so-called teacher burnout is the teacher under the long-term pressure of work, and gradually formed a feeling of emotional exhaustion and a sense of accomplishment low.
