目的 :探讨迟发性运动障碍 (TD)对脑电地形图 (BEAM)的影响。 方法 :检测 33例有 TD的慢性精神分裂症病人的 BEAM,同时检测 33例无 TD的慢性精神分裂症患者 ,两组进行对照研究。 结果 :TD组病人 BEAM异常率达 81.8% ,与无 TD组病人比较 ,差异有高度显著性 (P<0 .0 0 5 ) ;两组病人 BEAM表现均为 :α频域功率值普遍降低 ,慢波频域功率值普遍增强 ,突出表现为θ波频域功率值明显异常 ,以颞、顶、枕脑区为著 ,额区次之 ;两半球比较 ,以左侧为著。 结论 :TD病人 BEAM的异常率显著高于无 TD的慢性精神分裂症病人 ,提示 TD病人存在普遍的较重的脑功能障碍 ,以左侧颞、顶、枕脑区损害为著
Objective: To investigate the effect of tardive dyskinesia (TD) on brain electroencephalogram (BEAM). Methods: Twenty-three BEAM patients with chronic schizophrenia with TD were enrolled in this study. Twenty-three patients with chronic schizophrenia without TD were enrolled in the study. Results: The abnormal rate of BEAM in TD patients was 81.8%, which was significantly higher than that in patients without TD patients (P <0.05). BEAM performance in both groups was generally lower in α-frequency power, The power values of the slow-wave frequency domain are generally enhanced, and the power values of the θ-wave frequency domain are obviously abnormal, with the temporal, apical and occipital regions as the forehead, followed by the left hemisphere. Conclusion: The abnormal rate of BEAM in TD patients is significantly higher than that in patients with chronic schizophrenia without TD, which indicates that TD patients have common and severe brain dysfunction, which is the damage of the left temporal, parietal and occipital regions.
