将微波消解与连续流动分光光度法的工作模式相结合,建立了一种总磷检测的快速分析方法。结果表明,最佳检测条件下利用该方法测定总磷,在5~200μg/L的浓度范围内有很好的线性,相关系数可达0.9996,方法的检出限为3.94μg/L。利用该方法分析皮革废水中的总磷,回收率为94%~105%,具有不错的准确性,与ICP测得结果进行比对,结果吻合,令人满意。
Combining microwave digestion with continuous flow spectrophotometry, a rapid method for the analysis of total phosphorus was established. The results showed that under the optimal conditions, total phosphorus was determined by this method with a good linearity in the concentration range of 5 ~ 200μg / L with a correlation coefficient of 0.9996. The detection limit of the method was 3.94μg / L. Using this method to analyze total phosphorus in leather waste water, the recovery rate is 94% ~ 105%, with good accuracy, compared with ICP measured results, the results are in agreement, satisfactory.
