基于高温空气燃烧技术,设计一种新型自蓄热燃烧器,以实现连续的高温空气燃烧。新型自蓄热燃烧器由燃烧器、蓄热体、四通换向阀3部分构成。为验证新型自蓄热燃烧器热工及阻力特性,建立了基于直管式辐射管测试系统,结果表明:该自蓄热燃烧器能实现稳定的高温空气燃烧,工作过程中排烟温度在150℃以下,温度效率可达88%以上;直管式辐射管外壁纵向最大温差不高于58℃;NOx排放浓度不高于3.85mg/m3;且该自蓄热燃烧器结构相对简单,安装灵活,因此对不同炉型有较强的适应性。
Based on the high temperature air combustion technology, a new type of regenerative burner was designed to achieve continuous high temperature air combustion. The new self-regenerative burner consists of a burner, a regenerator and a four-way reversing valve. In order to verify the thermal and resistance characteristics of a new self-regenerative burner, a test system based on straight-tube radiant tubes was established. The results show that the self-regenerative burner can achieve stable high-temperature air combustion with a temperature of 150 ℃, the temperature efficiency can reach over 88%; the vertical maximum temperature difference of the outer wall of the straight tube radiant tube is not higher than 58 ℃; the NOx emission concentration is not higher than 3.85mg / m3; and the self-regenerative burner structure is relatively simple and flexible to install , So for different furnace type has strong adaptability.
