In 1999, China’s real estate sector began to pay attention to and study healthy living issues. The SARS in 2003 brought about a revolutionary change in people’s living concept. The importance of healthy living has been affirmed by the whole society. “Health” has become a hot spot in real estate advertisements. Nowadays, healthy living has evolved from a concept into a complete system, which is based on the living environment and human health issues to develop comprehensive and appropriate measures and solutions to achieve the sustainability of human survival, life and development. It can be said that this concept of living is not only a return to the nature of residence, but also represents a new era
