利用热力学方法建立了耐热钢Mod9Cr1Mo中析出相MX、M23C6以及AlN数量和组成与钢的化学成分和热处理温度之间关系的数学模型。采用相分析验证了模型的准确性,并介绍了该模型的用途。
Thermodynamic method was used to establish the mathematical model of the relationship between the amount and composition of the precipitated phases MX, M23C6 and AlN in the heat-resistant steel Mod9Cr1Mo and the chemical composition of the steel and the heat treatment temperature. The phase analysis was used to verify the accuracy of the model and the purpose of the model was introduced.
