对2010年某电厂2台亚临界1 025 t/h煤粉锅炉的混煤运行数据进行了计算与分析,得到了混煤的燃料比FR、燃尽度指数BOI、干燥无灰基挥发分Vdaf对锅炉的固体不完全燃烧损作q4和电厂的供电煤耗增加值Δb的影响规律。计算结果表明:随着Vdaf的提高,FR的变化范围是7.3~3.2;BOI的变化范围是3.2~5.5。Δb的变化范围是17~7.0 g/(kW.h)。随着BOI的提高,灰渣含碳量、q4以及由灰渣含碳量引起的Δb降低。q4随着灰渣含碳量的提高而线性提高;Δb随着q4的提高而线性提高。
