[目的]掌握海门市肿瘤发病状况及变化动态。[方法]运用描述流行病学方法,分析海门市2001～2007年肿瘤病例的发病特征及趋势。[结果]2001～2007年所有部位肿瘤年均发病率296.09/10万,中调率158.89/10万。男性胰腺癌、女性子宫恶性肿瘤的发病率上升幅度在100%以上。男女性非霍奇金淋巴瘤、结/直肠癌、脑和神经系统肿瘤、白血病、肺癌,女性的胰腺癌、乳腺癌的发病率呈明显上升趋势。男女性的肝癌均呈现下降趋势。[结论]海门市2001～2007年肿瘤发病谱有变化,一定程度上反映了整个经济社会的变化。
[Objective] To master the incidence and change of tumor in Haimen. [Methods] Using descriptive epidemiological methods to analyze the incidence characteristics and trends of cancer cases from 2001 to 2007 in Haimen. [Results] The average annual incidence rate of cancer in all sites from 2001 to 2007 was 296.09 / lakh, with a mediating rate of 158.89 / lakh. Male pancreatic cancer, the incidence of female uterine malignancies increased by more than 100%. Male and female non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, node / rectal cancer, brain and nervous system tumors, leukemia, lung cancer, pancreatic cancer in women, the incidence of breast cancer showed a clear upward trend. Liver cancer in both men and women showed a downward trend. [Conclusion] The incidence of cancer in Haimen changed from 2001 to 2007, which reflected the changes of the whole economy and society to some extent.
