低中频电疗对高血压病人血压的神经体液调节系统的影响

作者们研究了低中频电疗对高血压病人某些加压性体液系统,如垂体-肾上腺系统(血浆中ACTH、考的松、醛固酮含量)、24小时尿中儿茶酚胺排泄量、血浆中电解质Na、K 含量和肾素活性和降压性体液系统(前列腺素E 和F2a 含量)的影响。第一组44例ⅠB 及ⅡA 期高血压病人属高动力血循型。表现为血浆中Ac、TH、考的松含量增高,24小时尿中正肾上腺素排泄最增多。肾素活性的显著性增高。 The authors studied the effects of low-frequency electrotherapy on certain pressurized body fluid systems in hypertensive patients such as the pituitary-adrenal system (plasma ACTH, cortisone, aldosterone content), 24-hour urinary catecholamine excretion, plasma electrolytes Na, K content and renin activity and hypotensive fluid system (prostaglandin E and F2a content). The first group of 44 cases of Ⅰ B and Ⅱ A hypertension patients with high blood circulation.
