高效化焊接技术是当前焊接领域研究热点。本文针对新能源风力发电塔架采用Q345E-Z35低合金高强度结构钢,使用X型坡口、GMAW打底焊、SAW填充焊的工艺进行了试验及焊接接头的力学性能测试和分析。结果表明,焊接过程中采取必要的工艺措施能防止焊接冷裂纹的产生,同时新工艺有无碳弧气刨清根工序(高效),力学性能满足工况使用要求,为同类海上风电单机5 MW塔架厚板焊接技术提供了参考。
Efficient welding technology is the hot spot in the field of welding. In this paper, the new energy wind power tower using Q345E-Z35 low-alloy high-strength structural steel, the use of X-groove, GMAW backing welding, SAW filler welding process were tested and the mechanical properties of welded joints test and analysis. The results show that the welding process to take the necessary measures to prevent the occurrence of welding cold cracking, while the new process with carbon arc gouging rooting process (efficient), mechanical properties to meet operating conditions, for offshore wind power stand-alone 5 MW Tower thick plate welding technology provides a reference.
