目的:观察聚维酮碘对常见微生物的杀菌性能及其影响因素。方法:依据《消毒技术规范》(2002年版),采用碘量法测定含量和悬液定量杀菌试验法对其进行研究。结果:该PVP-I有效碘含量为10.05 g/L,54℃存放14天或自然室温存放1年下降率均<10%。在试验温度20℃条件下,PVP-I有效碘50 mg/L对金黄色葡萄球菌作用5 min,对大肠杆菌作用2 min的杀灭对数值均>5.00,有效碘60 mg/L对白色念珠菌作用2 min的杀灭对数值>4.00,均达到消毒合格标准。当试验温度为30℃时,有效碘50 mg/L对金黄色葡萄球菌作用5 min的杀灭对数值达到了6.30;试验温度10℃时,杀灭对数值仅为3.05;pH由4.7降为2.7时,有效碘50 mg/L对金黄色葡萄球菌作用5 min杀灭对数值提高到6.13;有效碘50 mg/L对含30 g/L的牛血清的金黄色葡萄球菌作用5 min杀灭对数值仅为2.06。结论:该PVP-I杀菌效果及稳定性良好,浓度增加、温度升高、pH值降低,其杀菌效果增强,有机物对杀菌效果影响较大。
