对 131例国人离体心脏的左心耳、右心耳进行了测量和形态观察 ,所得数据经统计处理。左心耳基部长度为 19.35± 4 .4 3mm ,高为 2 4 .66± 4 .87mm ,宽度为 2 9.82± 5.58mm。左心耳的外形可分为三角形、长方形、不规则四边形、圆形、细指形、哑铃形和蝌蚪形。其中三角形和不规则四边形数量最多 ,分别为36.64%和 30 .53%。左心耳边缘有数目不等的切迹出现。右心耳外形近似三角形 ,其基部长为 39.68± 7.10mm ,上宽为 2 9.0 6± 7.62mm ,下宽为 36.13± 7.2 2mm ,中宽为 2 4 .54± 5.95mm。右心耳外形可分为均衡型、上凹型、下凸型、上凹下凸型和上凸型 ,出现率为 2 5.95%、19.85%、17.56%、32 .0 6%和 3.0 5%。本文同时讨论了左、右心耳形态形成的原因
The left atrial appendage and right atrial appendage of 131 Chinese people were measured and observed. The data were statistically analyzed. The left atrial appendage had a base length of 19.35 ± 4.43 mm, a height of 2.466 ± 4.87 mm and a width of 2 9.82 ± 5.58 mm. The shape of the left atrial appendage can be divided into triangular, rectangular, irregular quadrilateral, circular, thin finger, dumbbell and tadpole. The largest number of triangles and irregular quadrangles, respectively 36.64% and 30.53%. The left atrial appendage there are a number of notch appears. The shape of the right atrial appendage is approximately triangular in shape with a base length of 39.68 ± 7.10 mm, an upper width of 2 9.0 6 ± 7.62 mm, a lower width of 36.13 ± 7.2 2 mm and a width of 24.54 ± 5.95 mm. The shape of the right atrial appendage can be divided into balanced type, upper concave type, lower convex type, concave convex type and convex type, with the occurrence rates of 25.95%, 19.85%, 17.56%, 32.06% and 3.05%.
