选择耐高温的高分子材料———聚酰亚胺作为浸渍密封剂,采用二次真空、加压浸渍工艺和适当的固化方法,既能使聚酰胺酸有效地浸渍石墨环,又能使固化后得到的聚酰亚胺具有最佳耐高温性(在450℃没有明显的热解现象)。实验结果表明:采用本文方法浸渍密封的石墨环,其孔隙的60%被密封;在10MPa的压力下具气密性;该石墨环可在300℃的高温下工作;可耐水、酸、碱和绝大多数有机溶剂。
