目的了解早产儿、婴儿、儿童及成人T细胞亚群变化。方法应用流式细胞仪检测CD4+及CD8+ T细胞胞内IFNγ、IL-4的水平(分别代表Th1、Th2、Tc1、Tc2)。结果早产儿组 CD3+、CD3+、CD4+比例最高,随着年龄增长两类细胞百分率逐渐下降,同时CD3+、CD8+细胞百分率逐渐增高,Th1、Tc1细胞亚群随年龄增加而明显增加,儿童组与新生儿组、婴儿组比较差异有统计学意义,Th2、Tc2细胞亚群比例在各组间变化小,与年龄变化没有明显的关系。结论从新生儿期至成人Th1、Tc1有一个正常生理性增加过程,可能与抗原暴露接触有关。
Objective To understand the changes of T cell subsets in preterm infants, infants, children and adults. Methods The intracellular levels of IFNγ and IL-4 in CD4 + and CD8 + T cells (Th1, Th2, Tc1 and Tc2 respectively) were detected by flow cytometry. Results The percentage of CD3 +, CD3 + and CD4 + in preterm infants was the highest. The percentages of CD3 + and CD8 + cells were gradually decreased with the increase of age, while the percentage of Th1 and Tc1 cells increased with age. In children and neonates There were significant differences between groups and infants group. The proportion of Th2 and Tc2 cell subsets changed little among groups, and had no obvious relationship with age. Conclusion From the neonatal period to adult Th1, Tc1 has a normal physiological process of increase, which may be related to exposure to antigen exposure.
