以4,4’-亚甲基双(异氰酸苯酯)(MDI)为扩链剂,将Triton X-100(TX-100)引入到双酚A二缩水甘油醚(DGEBA)中,设计合成水性碳纤维上浆剂(DGEBA-MDI-TX-100),并利用合成的水性上浆剂对碳纤维表面进行改性。在此基础上,以环氧树脂为基体,制备碳纤维/环氧树脂复合材料,研究了水性上浆剂改性碳纤维对碳纤维表面性能及其复合材料界面性能的影响。结果表明:与未经处理的碳纤维相比,经过上浆剂改性后的碳纤维润湿性能得到了较大的提高,与环氧树脂的接触角下降了9.1%;与环氧树脂复合后制备的复合材料的界面剪切强度提高了64.7%。
Triton X-100 (TX-100) was introduced into bisphenol A diglycidyl ether (DGEBA) using 4,4’-methylenebis (phenylisocyanate) Synthetic water-based carbon fiber sizing agent (DGEBA-MDI-TX-100), and the use of synthetic water-based sizing agents to modify the carbon fiber surface. Based on this, epoxy resin as matrix was used to prepare carbon fiber / epoxy composites. The effects of water-based sizing agent modified carbon fiber on the surface properties of carbon fiber and its interfacial properties were studied. The results show that compared with untreated carbon fiber, the wettability of carbon fiber modified by sizing agent has been greatly improved, the contact angle with epoxy resin has decreased by 9.1%, and the composite prepared with epoxy resin The interfacial shear strength of the composites increased by 64.7%.
