目的探讨硫辛酸对烧伤家兔应激期抗氧化作用和氧化损伤影响。方法将深Ⅱ度烧伤新西兰大耳白兔20只随机分为2组,Ⅰ组10只伤后不用药,Ⅱ组10只伤后用硫辛酸灌胃,分别于烧伤前1d、烧伤后第3天、第5天采集家兔空腹耳静脉血检测血清丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD值)含量。结果 2组血清MDA值伤后早期比伤前升高,伤后第3天达峰值,伤后第5天降低;2组NO伤后比伤前降低,伤后第3天达最低值,伤后第5天升高;2组血清SOD伤后第3天和第5天均低于伤前。2组各时段MDA、NO、SOD含量比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论烧伤前期给予硫辛酸治疗能明显减少体内脂质过氧化,减轻机体氧化损伤。
Objective To investigate the effects of lipoic acid on anti-oxidative stress and oxidative stress during burn stress in rabbits. Methods Twenty New Zealand white rabbits with deep second degree burn were randomly divided into two groups. Ten rabbits in group I were given no medication, the other 10 rabbits in group II were intragastrically administered with lipoic acid at 1 day before burn, Day, and on the fifth day, the content of malondialdehyde (MDA), nitric oxide (NO) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in rabbits were measured. Results Serum MDA in group 2 increased earlier than that in pre-injury and peaked on the third day after injury, and decreased on the fifth day after injury. The NO in the two groups was lower than that before injury and the lowest on the third day after injury And increased on the 5th day after the injury. The serum SOD of the two groups were lower than the pre-injury on the 3rd and 5th days after injury. There were significant differences in the contents of MDA, NO and SOD between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Pretreatment with lipoic acid can significantly reduce lipid peroxidation and reduce oxidative damage in the body.
