3月10日至3月24日,湘西自治州委组织部课题组采取发放调查问卷、召开座谈会、个别访谈等方式,深入8县市105个乡镇8个街道和州直单位,就干部生存状态进行专题调研。全州共发放调查问卷1950份,收回1948份,回收率99.8%;有效问卷1948份,有效率100%。调查范围涵盖了州县(市)直单位和州县乡主要领导及一般干部。其中,年龄在20-30岁的占25.8%,30-40岁的占41.8%,40-50岁的占25.2%,50岁以上的占7.2%;
