Implants in addition to the evaluation of survival, but also should include the aesthetic, masticatory function, oral health and other elements of a comprehensive evaluation. In this paper, the maximal occlusal force, pressure threshold and thickness discrimination of implants under occlusal condition were studied. Subjects and Methods Subjects were 21 ITI implant patients and 20 natural dentists. The maximal occlusal force test between the implant part and the corresponding natural tooth was performed using an occlusal force tester developed by Floystrand et al. Impression threshold testing of implants with axial and horizontal pressure using a dynamometer. Thickness discrimination test is taken on the occlusal surface in order to place a difference of 10μm after the thickness of the photographic film and asked subjects to do closed-mouth exercise, according to the accuracy of the answer as the evaluation index
