我从事修炼元明功并参加国际元明功联合总会已经一年多。一年多来,我深深感到,无论是在治病强身的功能作用上,还是在理论原理以及与中国传统文化的传承关系上,元明功的确都有不可思议的神奇效应。这种效应和意义归结为一句话,就是,正如此功的创始者——张元明先生所说的,元明功是一种“改变生命的圣灵之道”。元明功的这些效应和应用表现在何处呢?我的体会有如下三个方面:
I have been practicing Yuan Ming Gong and participating in the International Yuan Ming Gong Federation for more than a year. In the past year or so, I deeply felt that both in the function of healing and strengthening the body, in the theoretical principles and the inheritance relationship with Chinese traditional culture, Yuanminggong indeed has incredible magical effects. This effect and its significance are summed up in one sentence. That is, just as Mr. Zhang Yuanming, the founder of this work, said, Yuan Ming-kung is a “road to the Holy Spirit that has changed lives.” Yuan Ming Gong these effects and applications where? My experience has the following three aspects:
