本研究选用与铁矿石软熔性能相似的模拟物料在动态热模型中研究软熔带的形成过程及其对煤气流分布和传热的影响,以探索高炉软熔带的规律。通过建立的流体流动-综合传热模型,在“银河”计算机上所进行的数值解析,得到了气流在料层中的流函数、速度矢量、压力以及气体和固体温度的分布等。热态试验和数模计算结果与鞍钢7号高炉活体测定数据相一致。
In this study, we simulated the formation process of soft ribbon and its influence on gas flow distribution and heat transfer in a dynamic thermal model by using simulative materials similar to those of iron ore, in order to explore the regularity of soft ribbon in blast furnace. The flow function, velocity vector, pressure and gas and solid temperature distribution of gas flow in the material layer are obtained through numerical analysis of the “Galaxy” computer through the established fluid flow - integrated heat transfer model. Thermal test and numerical simulation results are consistent with the in vivo measurement data of Anshan Iron No.7 BF.
