以平煤十矿戊_(9-10)21210工作面为工程背景,提出高瓦斯煤层短壁消突技术。在回风平巷内向区段运输平巷位置施工100 m水力压裂深孔和本煤层抽放钻孔,钻孔有效消突范围覆盖区段运输平巷及下帮15 m以上。使用数值模拟软件模拟得出抽采孔的合理间距为1.5 m。此短壁瓦斯消突技术的应用既缓解了十矿釆面的接替压力又有利于区段运输平巷的安全掘进,实现了高瓦斯煤层的安全开采。
Based on the engineering background of P_ (9-10) 21210 working face in Pingdingshan Tenmet Coal Mine, the technology of short wall elimination of high gas coal seam was put forward. The 100m hydraulic fracturing deep hole and the coal seam shall be drained and drilled in the return lane to the section of transportation lane and the effective drilling area should be covered to cover the laneway and the lower block for over 15m. Numerical simulation software was used to simulate the reasonable spacing of pumping holes to be 1.5 m. The application of this short-wall gas burst technology can not only relieve the pressure of pick-up in the top ten mines, but also facilitate the safe excavation of the section laneway and realize the safe mining of high-gassy coal seams.
