「东方明珠」是上海电视台的发射塔,位于上海黄浦江畔、浦东陆家嘴嘴尖上,与外滩的万国建筑博览群隔江相望。「东方明珠」塔高468米,是亚洲第一、世界第三高塔,由三根直径为9米的擎天立柱、太空舱,上球体、下球体、5个小球、塔座和广场组成,高低错落的球体从蔚蓝的天空串联到绿茵草地上,充满了「大珠小珠落玉盘」的诗情画意。上球体观光层位高263米、直径45米,在此举目远望,市区、余山、崇明岛、长江等尽收眼底,再往上4米即为旋转餐厅,集餐、食、舞、乐于一体。
