目的:研究缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿食欲素水平及其与瘦素相关性.方法:选择轻度HIE、中度HIE、重度HIE患儿以及健康新生儿纳入研究对象,检测血清中食欲素、瘦素以及神经生长因子、神经营养因子的含量.结果:轻度、中度和重度HIE组患者的瘦素以及神经生长因子、神经营养因子水平低予对照组、食欲素水平高于对照组(P<0.05);食欲素水平与瘦素水平呈负相关关系(b=-2.855,r2=0.557,P<0.05);食欲素含量与NGF、NTF呈负相关关系(b=-2.886,r2=0.586;b=-3.094,r2=0.528; P<0.05),瘦素含量与NGF、NTF呈正相关关系(b=3.413,r2=0.604;b=3.267,r2 =0.581;P<0.05).结论:缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿血清中食欲素与瘦素水平显著异常,且两者含量存在相关性;食欲素与瘦素水平与NGF、NTF相关,是评价病情的理想指标.“,”Objective:To research the levels of orexin in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) and its correlation with leptin.Methods:The neonates with mild,moderate,and severe HIE and healthy neonates were enrolled in the study;the levels of orexin,leptin,nerve growth factor (NGF),and neurotrophin in serum were detected.Results:The levels of leptin,NGF,and neurotrophin in mild HIE group,moderate HIE group,and severe HIE group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group,the levels of orexin were statstically significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05) ; orexin level was negatively correlated withleptin level (b =-2.855,r2 =0.557,P<0.05),NGF level (b =-2.886,r2 =0.586,P<0.05),and neurotrophin level (b =-3.094,r2 =0.528; P<0.05); leptin level was positively correlated with NGF level (b =3.413,r2=0.604,P<0.05) and neurotrophin level (b =3.267,r2 =0.581,P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of orexin and leptin in serum of HIE neonates are significantly abnormal,and there is a correlation between orexin and leptin; the levels of orexin and leptin are correlated with NGF and neurotrophin,which are ideal indexes to evaluate disease condition.
