锂渣粉对水泥性能的影响

主要研究了不同细度锂渣粉作为掺合料时对胶凝材料需水量、强度以及与外加剂适应性的影响和锂渣作为混合材对水泥物理力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:以不同细度的锂渣粉代替30%水泥,随锂渣粉细度增加,胶凝材料需水量增加,3 d强度大幅降低,28 d强度降低较小,这说明锂渣粉作为掺合料的掺量不宜过大;当外加剂掺量为胶凝材料的5‰、锂渣粉比表面积为901 m2/kg、锂渣粉代替12%水泥时,水泥与外加剂适应性较好。锂渣粉作为混合材掺量在6%以内,水泥的凝结时间正常,安定性合格,28 d强度满足P O42.5要求,早期强度稍低于对照组,但后期强度与对照组相当甚至高于对照组强度。 Mainly studied the different fineness of lithium slag powder as admixture of cementitious material water demand, strength and adaptability with additives and lithium slag as a mixed material on the physical and mechanical properties of cement.
