红毛菜(Bangia fusco-purpurea)人工养殖已有多年的历史了。由于一直采用同一海域养殖条帘上的红毛菜为种菜进行近亲结合,繁衍后代,结果产品质量有所下降,抗病害能力有所减弱。为了提高产品质量,提升市场竞争能力,莆田县水技站承担了该市科委下达的“红毛菜苗种复壮试验”科研项目。现将1999~2002年室内育苗和海区养殖试验报告如下,供同行业者参考。1 室内育苗1.1 材料与方法1.1.1 育苗设施 利用南日岛沙洋紫菜育苗室的设施进行
Artificial breeding of Bangia fusco-purpurea has been around for years.
