采用生物技术和植物学相结合的方法,在新疆乌鲁木齐市就刈割农艺措施对天山雪莲化学成分的影响进行研究,旨在揭示不同月份和年际间天山雪莲总黄酮和多糖质量分数的变化,为天山雪莲刈割时期确定提供依据。结果表明,天山雪莲刈割后具有很强的再生能力,一年可刈割4~5次;不同刈割时期天山雪莲有效成分质量分数均较高;可以采用刈割的手段获得较高生物量和化学成分产量。天山雪莲总黄酮质量分数在5月份最高,其次是7月;而其多糖质量分数在6月份最高,8月份次之。如以提取黄酮为目的,建议5月份对天山雪莲进行刈割利用。天山雪莲中总黄酮、绿原酸的质量分数随其生长年限的增加总体呈增加趋势。
Using the combination of biotechnology and botany to study the effects of cutting agronomic practices on the chemical constituents of Tianshan snowdrops in Urumqi, Xinjiang, the purpose was to reveal the changes of the total flavonoids and polysaccharides contents of Tianshan snowdrops in different months and years, Provide the basis for determining the tillage of lotus seedlings in Tianshan Mountains. The results showed that the Tianshan snow lotus had a good ability to regenerate after cutting, which could be cut 4 to 5 times a year. The effective components of the snow lotus in Tianshan Mountains were higher in different mowing times. The mowing method could be used to obtain higher biomass And chemical composition output. Tianshan snow lotus total flavonoids mass fraction in May the highest, followed by July; and polysaccharide mass fraction highest in June, followed in August. As for the purpose of extracting flavonoids, it is recommended to mow the Tianshan snow lotus in May. Tianshanxian total flavonoids, chlorogenic acid mass fraction increases with the growth of the overall increasing trend.
