随着临床检验科学的不断发展,自动分析仪在临床实验室的逐步普及,检验已成为临床诊断与疗效观察的重要手段之一。为了解我省临床检验现状,我们对黑龙江省七个地区(齐齐哈尔、牡丹江、鸡西、佳木斯、鹤岗、双鸭山、七台河)的58所医院临床检验状况进行了调查,目的是为实验室的标准化管理作准备。现对调查结果及有关问题分析如下。1 调查内容与形式1.1 调查内容 实验室管理、人员结构、设备状况、检验项目的开展情况及相关政策、法规文件落实执行情况。1.2 调查形式 组成工作组,由中心主任带队先后走访了58所医院,其中省级医院3所、市级综合医院18所、专科医院5所、
With the continuous development of clinical laboratory science, the popularity of automatic analyzers in clinical laboratories has become one of the important means for clinical diagnosis and efficacy observation. To understand the current status of clinical inspection in our province, we investigated the clinical testing status of 58 hospitals in seven regions of Heilongjiang Province (Qiqihar, Mudanjiang, Jixi, Jiamusi, Hegang, Shuangyashan, Qitaihe). Prepare for standardized management. The analysis of the investigation results and related issues is as follows. 1 Survey Content and Forms 1.1 Survey Contents The implementation of the laboratory management, personnel structure, equipment status, inspection project implementation, and relevant policies and regulations documents. 1.2 Survey Form A working group was formed. The Center Director led the team to visit 58 hospitals, including 3 provincial hospitals, 18 municipal general hospitals, and 5 specialty hospitals.
