本文介绍的计算模型用于预计增压二冲程柴油机的热力过程,并估算其非设计工况的特性。用该程序计算的理论特性,同意大利Fiat 厂提供的试验数据进行了比较,发现燃气与缸壁之间的热交换模型的正确性对于比较双方的相符程度是极重要的。本文中用了三个热交换模型,并对其计算结果进行了比较。看来这三个数字模型是相当可靠和准确的。
The computational model presented in this paper is used to predict the thermodynamic processes of supercharged two-stroke diesel engines and to estimate the characteristics of their non-designed working conditions. The theoretical characteristics calculated with this procedure were compared with the experimental data provided by the Fiat plant in Italy and the correctness of the heat exchange model between gas and cylinder wall was found to be very important for comparing the degree of agreement between the two parties. Three heat exchange models are used in this paper, and their calculation results are compared. It seems that these three digital models are fairly reliable and accurate.
