通过磨粉搅拌震荡的方式将干猪粪与秸秆原料粉末按5:1的质量比混合,采用0.8 mol/L的KOH溶液和氮气一同作用的物理化学活化法来进行制备复合活性炭,并用于吸附溶液中的Cr~(6+)实验。结果表明,以1:5的浸渍比在活化剂中浸泡18 h,再在管式炉内以15℃/min的速度提升温度至600℃热解60 min,于该条件下制得的复合炭活性效果良好,其碘吸附值、比表面积分别为598.3 mg/g和273.6 m~2/g,较之商品活性炭略有不及;成孔以中孔为主,平均孔径为5.149 nm。当100 m L初始质量浓度为50 mg/L的Cr~(6+)溶液调节p H为2时,向其中投加0.5 g复合活性炭并恒温震荡90 min时吸附效果最好,在此条件下Cr~(6+)的去除率可达99.8%。
The dry pig manure and the straw raw material powder are mixed by the mass ratio of 5: 1 through milling and shaking, and the composite activated carbon is prepared by the physicochemical activation method of using 0.8 mol / L KOH solution and nitrogen together, and is used for the adsorption Cr 6+ in solution.
