对不同树种、不同种源及不同家系的种子,在不同盐浓度条件下进行发芽试验。通过方差、多重比较及各种活力测定等方法分析,结果表明,樟子松种子在不同盐浓度条件下,种子发芽率差异极显著。种间存在耐盐性差异,各树种耐盐性由强至弱依次为兴安落叶松、鱼鳞云杉、红皮云杉、樟子松、长白落叶松。樟子松不同种源的种子相对发芽率差异显著。在0.9%盐浓度条件下,起源于海拉尔沙地的章古台人工林次生种源、错海人工林次生种源抗盐能力最强,平均种子发芽率为55.07%和39.37%。不同家系间的种子在盐浓度0.3%的条件下,相对发芽率差异极显著,从中可以选择出抗盐的家系
The seeds of different tree species, different provenances and different families were germinated under different salt concentrations. The results showed that the seed germination rate of Pinus sylvestris var. Mongolica was significantly different under different salt concentrations by means of variance, multiple comparisons and various vitality assays. There were differences in salt tolerance among the species. The salt tolerance of each tree species was, from strong to weak, followed by Larix gmelinii, Phragmites australis, Picea koraiensis, Pinus sylvestris var. The relative germination rate of seedlings of Pinus sylvestris var. Under the condition of 0.9% salt concentration, the secondary provenances of Zhanggu station originated from Hailaer sandy land had the strongest salt-tolerance ability of the secondary provenances, with average germination rates of 55.07% and 39.37% .
